Oil in elegant and vegetal purity, green, with yellow hues, excellent fluidity, with a pronounced flavour and strong characteristics, intensely fruity, decidedly herbaceous, with hints of tomato leaf, artichoke, thistle, celery.
The taste is initially sweet, with spicy and bitter notes of medium intensity; tomato and almond aftertaste, not greasy.
To be paired, strictly raw, with vegetable soups, roast meat. For lovers of curiosity, even ice cream or milk chocolate.

Papaloia
A blend of fine varieties pressed separately and then expertly blended.
From the green colour tending to yellow with light notes of bitter and spicy, harmonious, medium fruitiness, herbaceous, with hints of chicory, artichoke, green apple, freshly cut grass.
An exceptionally fluid oil gives the palate additional sensations of sweet fruit.
Its delicacy makes it particularly suitable for flavouring light dishes with a less prominent taste.
