The right person in the right place, where you can always feel comfortable

I should confess it. I should be jealous of him. But I can’t. Because his manners and his pragmatism always fascinate me. If there is a person I should identify with Il Mulino della Signora, that person is Lucio Cammisa.

No need for messages, social posts, comments. The empathy between our maitre and our guests is something deep. A sharing of thought that you can touch and see.

Lucio Cammisa is the soul of the “Mulino”.  A multitasking person with a strong personality. The right person in the right place.

Do you need to choose a wine? Lucio, the sommelier, is able to show you the concreteness of matching wines and dishes.

Do you need to bottle some oil? Lucio, the professional taster, has the last, fundamental word.

Do you need to organize an event? Lucio surprises you with a mise en place that really leaves you speechless.

In the profession of hospitality, you must be true in order to be successful.

And Lucio is so true and he is able to make everyone feel at ease, both guests of our suites and customers of our restaurant room.

But, I’ll tell you more: Lucio is a so true person that I have never seen any customer leaving without a sincere greeting for him.  The same greeting you usually reserve for the person you most regret to leave.

That’s why, at the beginning of my post I said that I should be jealous of him.

But I can’t. Because his sincere smile, his absolute availability, his ability to always find an effective and winning solution make him my (almost) perfect alter ego.
